Katie (Abbi Jacobson) is preparing to throw a surprise birthday party to her boy friend. She is at the super market with her mother (Jane Kaczmarek) and her father (Tim Matheson), buying balloons. She has a younger brother Seth (Dave Franco) and Seth has got a four year old daughter. Seth has missed the birthday party and is not returning any calls either. When Katie gets to his apartment, he finds Seth relapsed with Heroine. Seth is addicted to the Heroine. He agrees to detox but health insurance, tenure of detoxing, Amount and Seth’s body begin creating more problems.
