Sam (Sam Saunders) is a university student who comes back to his home in a small isolated community of Farthing Island to attend the funeral of a 10 year old boy Megan Lancaster. He is his family friend and died by falling off the cliff. Farthing Island is cut off from the mainland and local people just mind their own business. A family doctor (Tony Manders) put some suspicious things about the Megan’s death into the ears of Sam. Villagers are hiding something about the death of Megan and does not want the outer world to know it.
