Inspired from the life of Italian-American gangster Mafia boss John Gotti (John Travolta),his son John Jr. John (Spencer Lofranco ) and loyal wife Victoria (Kelly Preston). Gotti was head of Gambino crime family living in New York, in short time he became the boss of New York underworld. Gotti and his brothers grew up in poverty, so they turned onto the criminal path at early age. He soon became the biggest crime lord of the city and was involved in selling narcotics,illegal gambling, pornography, prostitution, extortion, racketeering, hijacking and loan sharking. He was convicted by FBI as Gotti’s underboss Salvatore “Sammy the Bull” Gravano (William DeMeo) agrees to testify against the Gotti. In 1992 he was given life sentence for his crimes without any parole and he died in prison in June 10, 2002 due to throat cancer.
