Carter (Aaron Poole) is a Police officer,who is on his routine patrol at night.During patrolling a man soaked in blood comes in front of his car and Carter brings him to the Emergency section of local hospital with few night shift staff.As the night passes Carter saw a group of ghostly figures outside the hospital and they stabs the Carter.Caster is still alive and informs the other staff at the hospital about this.The electricity at the hospital gets off and patients at the hospital starts acting insane.Soon Carter comes to know about the immense evil lies within the basement of the hospital that will open the gates to hell.
